The new era of Internet telephony begins for you with the elmeg IP290 stand-alone unit: The top quality and innovative elmeg IP290 satisfies all your modern business needs - an internal telephone directory with 100 entries, putting on hold/transferring of calls, integrated music on hold, call forwarding, completion of call on busy subscriber, listings of accepted and unanswered calls and display of calls in the queue gives Voice over IP that genuine business telephone feeling.

Based on the SIP standard, the elmeg IP290 can operate with software such as the Microsoft Messenger and other standard-compliant devices. The RFC 326-compatible SIP stack delivers optimum compatibility to nearly all adaptors and VoIP routers currently available on the market.

Two Ethernet ports with VLAN support permit direct connection of the PC to the elmeg IP290 - one LAN port for the PC and an IP telephone is all you need!
